M-F 8:00AM - 6:00PM
Saturday: 8:30AM - 3:00PM
OVERTIME 25HOURS PER TWO WEEK PERIOD

Busy HVAC Company looking for a Full Time Dispatcher/Administrative Assistant to learn and grow with our company and be an integral part of our day to day operations.
What we're looking for:
Reliable and Punctual
Fluent English speaker
Can work Saturdays
Responsibilities:
Answering high volume of incoming phone calls, emails, taking messages and returning voice mail messages
Scheduling service calls for techs by acquiring customer information and entering it into our scheduling system
Other Administration duties as assigned
Requirement:
Computer skills, proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Must have the ability to communicate with customers in a positive and helpful manner
Knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Knowledge of the HVAC industry is recommended but not required.
